1. How do I post a blog?
Since this is a moderated site, all potential blog posts must be emailed to us at admin@mylifeforeal.com.  We may edit your posting prior to publishing.

2. How do I comment on a particular blog?
After the blog, there is a "comment" link.  When you follow the link, you will be asked to provide a SCREEN NAME (if you want to stay annonymous, make up something!) and your email address.  WE WILL NOT USE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.

3. What does "subscribe" mean?
If you would like to be notified by email each time there is a new blog posting, you would subscribe to our blog.
